Steps and Conditions of Applying for the Execution Certificate:

1.Sending a letter to the Department from the applier asking for permission for applying to a certificate of execution from the Municipality.

2.The following documents must be enclosed with the said letter:

1-  A recent plan of the Masjid’s site
2-  The final drawings of the project approved by the Municipality (As Built Drawing).
3-  CD of the final Drawings
4-  The original copy of the insulation works’ guaranty (10yrs)
5-  The original copy of the conditioning works guaranty attached with buying receipts.
6-  Guaranty of paint works (5yrs)
7-  Guaranty of works safety from the contractor (one year)
8-  The original copy of the guaranty of the electrical equipment (attached with the receipts if available)
9-  The original copy of the pumps’ guaranty 10- Any other guaranties of any long-lived elements of
     the Masjid

11- The schedule of the electricity loads.
12-  Masjid’s Supervision and Monitoring document.


Conditions of submitting a New Masjid:

• The plane of the Masjid’s site/ Masjid’s Supervision and Monitoring / a copy of the contract/ a certificate of accomplishment from the contractor
  
• The final and complete Drawings issued from Dubai Municipality (As Built Drawing)
  
• CD of the Drawings
  
• Guaranty of paint works (5yrs)
  
• Guaranty of insulation works (10yrs)
  
• Guaranty of works safety from the contractor (one year)
  
• Other guaranties (tanks / glasses and mirrors/ Aluminum and doors).
  
• Fire-extinguishing equipment according to Civil Defense’s requirements
  
• Guaranty of any long-lived elements of the Masjid
  
• Guaranty of the electrical equipment (attached with receipts from the company and with the guaranties)

  Put the information board inside the main electricity panel, and submit the schedule of the electricity loads.
  
  Note: the certificate of execution, which allows providing the Masjid with services(water and electricity), is granted after all previous demands are carried out and after the field inspection for the Masjid in order to assure its conformation with the drawing. After receiving a copy of the execution certificate, which is issued by DM, and the numbers of electricity meters which is issued by DEWA, a letter should be sent to Dubai Electricity and Water Authority in order to transform the receipts of the Masjid’s services to the office of the Ruler of Dubai. After this, a letter should be sent to the head of the committee of submitting Masjids to coordinate with the owner of the Masjid to specify a date for the submission.
