IACAD Celebrates Al Israa’ Wa Al Mi’raj

Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department shall celebrate today Al Israa’ Wa Al Mi’raj occasion by organizing a religious ceremony in Al Farouq Omar Bin Al Khattab Masjid in Al Safa, after Maghrib prayer.
Dr. Omar Mohammed Al Khateeb, Assistant Director General for the Islamic Affairs Sector, said: “The department, since its establishment, reminds Muslims with the great religious events and occasion, in order they learn from the lessons and significance of such events, and to teach Muslim children their Islamic history.
The program of the ceremony includs four sections start with reciting the holy Qur’an by Sheikh Mohammed Ibrahim Khamees. Then, the department’s speech will be delivered. After that, Sheikh Ali Masha’il will deliver a speech entitled “Lessons from Al Israa’ Wa Al Mi’raj, and at the end Sheikh Jamal Kamar will deliver a speech on Al Israa’ Wa Al Mi’raj also.”
The MC will be Abdullah Abdul-Jabbar, Chairman of Religious Guidance Section.
