In no event will The Department be liable for any technical damage; or any damage of any kind in the hardware or the software; or for any loss or inaccessibility of the net connection; or for any incompletion, error, or delay in sending. The Department will not be liable, as well, for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, psychological, or consequential indirect damages arising out of accessing of or using the Site; or for any loss of services, revenue, or profits due to a virus that may damage the devices of the computer used in accessing the Site.

In no event or conditions will The Department be liable for any damage or harm results from using any of its materials in this Site; and the user has to compensate the Department for all responsibilities result from violation of these Terms and Conditions.
