The amount is 18 thousand and 342 dirhams. The doctors monitoring the child's health had recommended an operation for urgent treatment of the retina and cornea of the left eye, so that the patient does not lose his sight.

And the "hotline" operated by Emirates Today newspaper coordinated between the donor and the Department of Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities in Dubai to transfer the donation amount to the patient's account at the hospital. The child's father expressed his joy and deep gratitude to the donor for standing by him in his suffering under difficult circumstances. and pointed out that the news of the donation made him happy and gave him hope for the treatment of his son (Rashid).

On April eighth, "Emirates Today" published the story of the fall of the child (Rashid - Syrian - seven years old), who was disabled while walking in front of the house, fell to the ground and a branch entered his left eye, causing him problems with the retina and cornea of the entire left eye. Within three years, he received treatment, but his condition worsened and he eventually lost his eyesight. According to Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City, he needs urgent eye surgery to restore vision, which was achieved after a long wait for the child and his family.
