Explain the difference between Complain and Communications:
Is a verbal or written notification, to the Department, that includes a comment, criticism, or a problem faced by the guest during the process of his transaction, and leads to his dissatisfaction with the service provided, or it does not meet his expectation, and he is looking for a solution.
The guest informs the Department about some kind of disruption in one of the services offered by the Department, or the existence of an urgent matter that needs handling or covering, on the part of the Department, on the condition that it is not a complaint or suggestion.
