The Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai is launching the “Memorization of Juz’ ‘Amma” program at the Umm Al Sheif Islamic Cultural Center, aiming to strengthen university students’ connection with the Holy Qur’an and embed its presence in their daily lives. The program is delivered remotely under the supervision of Ms. Hessa Abdullah Ahmed and is held every Tuesday from 13 January to 24 February 2026. It targets female university students who are not affiliated with the Department’s cultural centers, and follows an interactive methodology that emphasizes accuracy and quality in memorization.

The Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department is organizing the “Means of Steadfastness in Ramadan” event, presented by Dr. Najat Alawi, on March 9, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The lecture will focus on maintaining continuity in acts of worship after Ramadan through key topics, including: The importance of consistency in worship and avoiding seasonal devotion. Identifying the main causes of spiritual decline after periods of heightened devotion and ways to address them. Practical methods for steadfastness and righteousness, including simple daily programs to help maintain worship after Ramadan. This event is part of the Department’s efforts to raise religious awareness and provide practical guidance to the community to sustain steadfastness in faith and devotion.
