The Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai announced the organization of a scientific forum entitled “Cosmetic Techniques between Medicine and Sharia”, to spot on some of the modern cosmetic techniques that are frequently asked about, which have been studied by the members of the Women’s Jurisprudential Scientific Committee. The forum comes under the direction of His Excellency Hamad Al Sheikh Ahmed Al Shaibani, Director General of IACAD.
