Al Fareej Nursery Opens Registration at Al Mizhar and Umm Al Sheif Centers… An Emirati Educational Environment Nurturing the First Generation

The Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai has announced the opening of registration for Al Fareej Nursery for the academic year 2025–2026 at its two branches in the Al Mizhar and Umm Al Sheif Cultural Centers. This comes as part of the department’s preparations, in coordination with the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), to launch a new season of community services focused on early childhood care. The initiative aligns with the department’s strategic plan to enhance family integration and instill authentic Emirati values in today’s children—tomorrow’s leaders.

The launch of registration for Al Fareej Nursery reflects the department’s vision to be the closest entity to the community by offering high-quality services that meet the needs of Emirati families and support national efforts to develop and empower individuals from their earliest stages. This is in line with the directives of the wise leadership, which places people at the heart of sustainable development.

In this context, Hamda Al Mutaiwei, Director of the Al Fareej Nursery Project, affirmed that the initiative represents a unique Emirati educational model. The department is committed to providing a safe learning and nurturing environment based on comprehensive developmental curricula that meet the highest local and international standards, while rooted in Emirati values and traditions from early childhood.

Al Mutaiwei added that the Islamic Affairs Department of Dubai believes in the importance of investing in early childhood, by offering a holistic environment that helps raise a generation proud of its identity, open to the world, and capable of positively engaging with modern-day challenges. This specialized community service reflects the department’s commitment to strengthening its developmental and educational role in Dubai by providing quality options tailored to the unique nature and aspirations of Emirati families.

The department called on parents to register and benefit from this unique initiative by contacting its centers or visiting its website to register through the following link: Click here
