The lecture was delivered by Ms. Mouza Obaid Al Shamsi, in line with the department’s ongoing efforts to support the stability of Emirati families and enhance the quality of marital life, in accordance with the vision of our wise leadership, which places the family at the forefront of societal development priorities.

The Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department (IACAD) in Dubai launched a training workshop titled “Everything a Reciter Needs to Know about the Narration of Hafs” as part of the Riyad Al-Qur’an program at the Nad Al Sheba Women’s Center, on 19 December 2025. The workshop aimed to enable participants to master the narration of Imam Hafs through an interactive, applied approach, and covered advanced topics related to the principles of the narration and accurate recitation. This initiative contributes to enhancing the quality of Qur’anic education and empowering women with accredited Qur’anic skills, in line with the Department’s vision to disseminate authentic Islamic knowledge through modern and impactful methods.
