Under the slogan "Elevating the Soul and Renewing Hearts," the Islamic Affairs and Charitable activities Department in Dubai, represented by the Knowledge and Cultural Programs Department, announces the launch of the "Fasting of the Heart" lecture series, starting on January 22, 2025. The lectures will be presented by Ms. Mona Tarish Al-Aleeli, the Senior Religious Guide in the Religious Education and Guidance Department, with the aim of shedding light on the cultural and practical aspects of the fasting of the heart and deepening religious understanding among the participants.
This series aims to enhance Islamic cultural values among women and enrich the concept of the fasting of the heart, considered the highest form of fasting. It contributes to nourishing the soul with the light of faith and inner peace. The Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department invites all interested women to participate in this valuable initiative to benefit from the knowledge and insights offered.
The lecture will be held at the Nad Al Sheba Women's Center from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM, and the invitation is open to women only. For those who are unable to attend in person, the lectures can also be accessed remotely via Microsoft Teams.
